The First Day of the Rest of My Life

What does it mean to make an honest commitment of life to God? What does it mean to stand by your word? What does it mean to be a Man of God? What does it mean to truly live for God?

Today is the first of June. It's the first day that I realized actions speak louder than words. It's the first day I realized that people look up to me. It's the first day I came to understand the true nature of what it means to live by example.

While I can't force anyone to think like me, I can at least show them. Someone once told me that in order for people to see change evident in your life that you must live in a way that not even those closest to you recognize who you are.

My prayer is that God comes into my heart and transforms everything about me. That he cleanse my life from all that is unholy. That he make new inside and out. That he bestow his great power upon me. That he refresh me.
